Maintenance Supervisor (1802297)
Where the Chemistry Happens
We are searching for a professional like you to develop maintenance schedules and procedures and supervise personnel in executing plant equipment maintenance and repair. Your advice, input, and support will be crucial as you provide technical assistance to support all site maintenance activities.
Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
Formula for Success
- Leading teams consisting of up to 10 people, you will proactively support complex maintenance projects, especially regarding high-tech equipment, and maintain adherence to site practices and standards.
- Leveraging your breadth and depth of experience in Engineering or a related technical field, you will develop and publish maintenance work schedules, and communicate daily with the Operations team to provide job feedback and coordinate schedule breakers and inter-departmental activities.
- As a trusted role model, you will serve as the site's Subject Matter Expert for "Elevated Work/Ladder Safety", including program understanding, review, gap assessments, and modeling.
- Your commitment to continuous improvement will be essential as you will be tasked with supporting the department's adherence to established Lean Manufacturing objectives.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
