Asset Manager (1802045) ? McIntosh, AL
_Where the Chemistry Happens_
In this role, you will lead mechanical asset management in the assigned plant(s) to maximize profitability and ensure safety. You will be responsible for providing plant-specific expertise within the operations organization to optimize asset utilization and performance. In addition, you will develop asset strategies and analyzes and execute them to drive overall asset reliability improvements. The function also monitors for proper design, installation, and repair of mechanical equipment and piping systems per regulatory and BASF standards.

+ Your strong ability to lead and develop a culture of change will be a valued asset as you implement the MPI (Maintenance Process Improvement) initiative within your first year of employment.
+ Leveraging your business savviness, you will adhere to the unit?s maintenance budget, and arrange for/order technical services related to maintenance, turnarounds, and engineering while controlling cost (actual vs planned).
+ As a trusted resource and advisor, you will serve as a primary point-of-contact for assigned and special projects, and hold responsibility for EHS events related to equipment and corrective measures.
+ Driving strategic decisions for the organization, you will develop and update plant-specific maintenance strategies, and facilitate, track, identify, and implement all aspects of asset effectiveness within the operational unit.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
